Unplug, tune in, and let go of what’s holding you back. The Pole Empowerment Camp offers  a quiet sanctuary with no need for excess baggage or stress. 

• Watch the sunset around the fire and share stories.
• Camp out next to the lake and wake up with the sun.
• Enjoy a hearty breakfast with friends, new and old, then head on to experience a weekend full of activities of your choosing.

Arrive on Friday, select between flying trapeze, meditation, pole dance, intuitive healing, mindful nutrition, acro, or do a photoshoot with our professional photographer. Then, leave on Sunday feeling fulfilled and inspired. Explore your inner strength and create new connections. This is your time to grow. Gourmet Meals included. Veggie and Vegan options available

• Explore movement and tap into your inner self in your 2-hour pole dance intensive  Find shapes and movement by removing mental blocks and unlocking the wisdom of your own body. 
• Acro balance is an empowering group activity, where you learn to trust yourself and your friends to create something new together. 
• Celebrate your joy of movement in a professional photoshoot with nature as your backdrop.
